Whether a tooth with an infected nerve will remain in the patient’s mouth or will be extracted, depends on how properly its root canal is processed and filled in ! ! !
Therefore, a key point of dental treatment in the conservative therapy is the dental root canal treatment. The new concepts in this approach are based on a good mechanic processing of a root canal and its excellent and solid filling. An excellent filling means the dental root canal to be filled down to its bottom. The branch of dentistry concerned with dental root canals is called endodontics. In compliance with this conception, different endodontic systems for mechanic treatment of root canals, and the respective root canal filling pastes, have been invented.  

We work with the endodontic French system Micro-Mega, which presently is a leading one and which is also the first system in the world that has constructed, developed and manufactured endodontic instruments.
